In the latest development, TICON and its strategic partner Sahathai Terminal Public Company Limited (Sahathai Terminal), which is Thailand’s leading provider of comprehensive port and logistics services, have signed an agreement to jointly establish Bangkok Logistics Park Company Limited for the investment, development and management of a logistics park and distribution center of over 50 rai of land with close proximity to Bangkok. The partnership seeks to respond to the needs of our alliances’ customers and entrepreneurs in e-commerce, logistics, and shipping industries. With these industries growing significantly in the digital age, TICON is confident that this business partnership will prosper solidly.

(TICON), reveals that the e-commerce and shipping industries have been growing significantly which results in the increasing demand for warehouse storage and distribution center. Recognizing the trend as opportunity, TICON and Sahathai Terminal had agreed to partner in the joint venture company, Bangkok Logistics Park, with the investment ratio of 75-25. This collaboration will increase the competitiveness of both parties and enable to deliver comprehensive services that meet the needs of our customers.

Upon completion of the development, the net lettable space is anticipated more than 40,000 square meters. The construction is expected to be commenced in the third quarter of 2019.
